Magnimopus was founded over 10 years ago, after more than 20 years working inside global organisations connecting product strategy, R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing.
These matrix organisations are complex to navigate, resulting in:

Working within these organisations gave me something most consultants lack: a deep, firsthand understanding of how complex systems actually operate. I learned to navigate across functions — connecting marketing, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and finance— rather than working in isolation within a single discipline.
I have worked across a wide range of industries, technologies and disciplines — from electronics and plastic moulding to glass, metal, die-casting, material and finishes and complete product assemblies.
This allows me to see early what others often discover too late:

• When a sourcing introduces hidden risk
• When cost, quality, and speed are not aligned
My role often sits between teams — aligning marketing, engineering, sourcing and manufacturing around clear executable decisions by working closely with all stakeholders.
